Gardenex has for many years organised British exhibitor groups at key international garden trade exhibitions. In 2012 we will take groups to the following: (click on the event name for more information)

• National Hardware Show with Lawn & Garden World - Las Vegas, USA (1-3 May 2012)
• spoga+gafa - Cologne, Germany (2-4 September 2012)

The Gardenex Exhibitor Support Package

Exhibitions are one of the most exciting and effective ways of reaching new export customers but many exhibitors do not have the time or the experience to make the most of this opportunity.

For a modest administration fee, participants in Gardenex British exhibitor groups benefit from a comprehensive package of services. These include:

• Advice and support to help you prepare for the show. Exhibitors can contact Gardenex at any time to speak with our very experienced team.
• Provision of a cost-effective stand package.
• Guidance with technicalities - Our simple user-friendly check-lists guide exhibitors through the confusing exhibitor manuals, saving you time and frustration!
• At-show support - Gardenex multi-lingual personnel are on hand during build-up, break-down and throughout the show to assist with all your queries and troubleshoot any problems you may have.
• Comprehensive market research information - Gardenex has a huge library of information on the garden sector overseas and will provide an overview of the applicable market to all group participants.
• Buyer promotion activity - Gardenex sends a preview of British exhibitors to hundreds of key international buyers to invite and encourage them to visit the British stands.
• Buyer/supplier matchmaking service - Gardenex provides a free sourcing service to visiting international buyers, introducing them to British exhibitors of suitable products.
• International PR - Press contacts from appropriate markets for the fair are invited to tour the British stands and meet relevant suppliers. Pre, at show and post show press releases incorporating details of British group exhibitors are sent to appropriate trade media. In recent years excellent coverage in major industry journals has been achieved from this activity.
